About Our Business
R&L Services was founded with ambition to change contract catering as we know it and to bring our own twist on the way things are done. We are a husband and wife who are both passionate in different ways which brings the best of both worlds to the company.
Combined we have over 50 years experience to bring from the hospitality sector working with big name companies such as Costa Coffee, Pret A Manger and Selfridges!

Our main mission is to bring all our expert knowledge and apply it to our business to provide a service that gives the feeling of being at home. We only use fresh locally sourced ingredients and put love into everything we do. We hope you'll love our little work family as much as we do.
The Directors
Rachid
Founder
Rachid had spent the past 30 years working in the Retail Catering industry
He worked at a senior level for brands such as Compass Group, Pret A Manger, Select Service Partner, Thresher Group and recently Costa Coffee where he launched the Brand in France.
He holds an MBA in business and Project Management.
Rachid is passionate about people and he believes in leading from the front listening to the team and the customer requirements, ensuring the business strategies are aligned with the customer needs.
Louise
Founder
Louise started her working career in the hospitality industry where food became a real passion. She has enjoyed learning about the core ingredients used internationally.
Working for over 20 years in the industry for organisations such as Forte Hotels, BBC and Selfridges.
Louise is a passionate baker and enjoys sharing her passion with members of the team.
Before starting the Company Louise graduated from University and spent several years in the classroom teaching.
